Emergency Response to a Lost Neutral Fault, we understand how to deal with emergency situations, with over 25 years managerial experience of dealing with damage associated with a lost neutral fault be it electrical or gas related, a quick response is essential. We also understand that speed of response is not the only essential factor which is why we bring the same levels of customer service, dedication and attention to detail to our emergency work as we do to our planned services.

From the initial notification from the client we look to get our engineers on site within 2 hours and have a resolution either the same day or within 48 hours.
